I'm Frank, a senior Laravel engineer. I've written PHP since the early 2000s and Laravel for most of the last decade. I work across the stack, but I'm at my best on back-end systems where correctness matters: money moving between systems, data syncing with third-party APIs, and billing.

At Integrity Express Logistics I joined the software engineering team to help finish and launch a new Transportation Management System, the application the company runs on. I owned the financial integration layer that connects it to outside accounting, document-audit, and carrier-payment systems, and merged more than 110 pull requests under review by the Principal Architect. The contract ran its course and finished in July 2026. For the most critical third-party integration, I checked the API's spec against real production traffic, captured that traffic so its behavior could be reproduced, and built an automated test suite around it.
From 2013 to 2018 I was on the small team that built GroupVitals, a group-management SaaS for churches. I helped lay the foundation for most of its codebase and architecture, took over the Fellowship One API integrations, and brought in continuous integration, code reviews, and PHPUnit tests. Before and after GroupVitals I did years of client work: e-commerce platforms, CRMs, Stripe billing systems, and rebuilds of old procedural PHP apps on Laravel. I also build and run my own software. Insurance Storefronts is a multi-tenant SaaS for independent insurance agents with Stripe billing, an AI website builder, quote engines, a CRM, and a 70,000-page SEO directory that gets about 250,000 Google impressions a week. LeadSwitchly is an API-first lead routing network.
